The Crowd-Sourcing of Intelligent-Design

What it’s like to fall out of a spaceship.

Amateur astronauts etc… the first (according to this, which is a great site) ever high-def amateur film shot from the edge of space. Weather balloon presumably.

I think if I had done it, I would’ve attached a tape of breathing and a beating heart… purely for art’s sake etc. I found the whole thing quite gripping for some reason. Gravity is so heavy man.

We geeks spend a lot of time in space… in our minds etc. It’s where we belong, and has been from at least the 70s… and it’s not about running around in a shiney suit… it’s about drinking beer in your underpants and doing batty experiments and slowly going insane.

And that’s why we love Jeremy Davies

An ode to Cognitive Surplus.

A celebration of the inventive backwaters of the human spirit... a celebration of people who would appear to have far too much time on their hands...
